Ingredients
-
4-6 eggs
3 tsp Chopped Montery Cheese (shedded doesn't really matter)
1 tsp chopped chives
1 tsp oregano
1 quarter of a red pepper
butter/pam
cupcake pan (you know what you make cup cakes with lol)
Directions
This recipe makes 6 Red Pepper Egg
First thing you want to do is take out the montery jack cheese and then just cut it into tiny little pieces almost like shredding it (you can shred it if you would rather do that). Then put the cheese aside and take a red pepper and just cut down one of the sections so that you have almost a little bowl/plate. Cut the red pepper into small cupes then put that aside. Take out the eggs and seperate them into a bowl. Once your done stir intill the eggs are completely combined with each other. Then you can either add the red pepper, oregano, and chives into the mixture then combine again or put the eggs into each slot of the cupcake pan evenly then put the red pepper in each of them (evenly) and then sprink the chives and oregano ontop. Then pre set your overn to 350 degrees. Once the preheat is over put the cupcake pan in the oven for 5 minutes. Then take it out and sprinkle the cheese on top. Finally put the cupcake pan back in for another 5-10 minutes. Last, server :-)
Hope you enjoy.
