Yummy and easy cake with the same rich taste but fewer cals/fat than using regular Eagle Brand. Recipe is based on 12 servings but I half a serving with another calorie-counting friend and it makes it less of a diet killer. Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden
1 can low fat sweetened condensed milk
1 can cream of coconut
Directions
Prepare cake according to package directions in 13x9 pan. While cake is baking, mix cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk in bowl.
When cake is done, poke holes in cake with knife, wooden spoon handle, etc. Pour mixture over cake. Best when served warm but also good refrigerated.
