Ingredients

    Summer Squash 1/4 medium
    Green Peppers 1/4 medium
    Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Zucchini 1/4 medium
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 oz (1 slice)
    Bacon, 2 slices, cooked
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Large Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla
    Olive oil, 1/2 tbsp
    dash Basil
    dash Oregano
    dash Cumin
    dash Garlic Salt
    dash Black Pepper
    dash Italian Seasoning
    dash Mrs Dash

Directions

Saute squash, zucchini, peppers, capers and spices with olive oil until tender (about 5 minutes). Wrap all ingredients up like a taco and serve warm. Makes 1 wrap.
