Introduction
This light, refreshing drink is a lovely treat on a hot evening, and it looks beautiful in a glass pitcher. Substitue 1.5 C extra each of white grape juice and light apple juice to make it a non-alcoholic beverage. Add a cup of strawberry or raspberry flavored sparkling water to create a bubbly spritzer! Ingredients

3 C (24 oz) Pinot Grigio Wine
1 C Light Apple Juice
1 C White Grape Juice
1/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries
10 Red Grapes (Halved)
1/2 Lime (Sliced)
3 Strawberries (Sliced)
Directions
1. Wash and slice fruit. Place in a clear pitcher.
2. Add wine and juices to the pitcher
3. Stir and mash fruit slightly with a spoon.
4. Refrigerate until serving, at least 1 hour. Pour so that fruit remains in pitcher, and does not fall into glasses as you serve.
Note: Fruit calories are not included in the nutritional information as it is not intended to be served with the wine. It is, however, a wonderful topping for ice cream or angelfood cake, if you would like to serve it separately.
