    SELF RISING CORN MEAL, 4 cup
    *Flour, white, 4 cup
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbsp
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 6 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large


    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    butter salted 2 tbls
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped

    *Campbell's Chicken Broth, 20 cup


Directions

IN A LARGE BOWL MIX FIRST 5 INGREDIANTS
AND POUR INTO LARGE LIGHTLY GREASED OR PAMMED PAN AND BAKE 420* ABOUT 45 MIN. OR UNTIL DONE THROUGH OUT.


MIX NEXT 3 INGREDIANTS AND COOK IN MICRO WAVE UNTIL CLEAR, 4 MINUTES AT A TIME.

MIX ALL INGREDIANTS AND CHICKEN BROTH UNTIL WELL MOISTENED. YOU MAY NEED MORE OR LESS BROTH. I USE THE DRIPPINGS FROM MY SEASONED AND COOKED CHICKEN OR TURKEY FIRST AND THEN ADD CANNED BROTH AS NEEDED.
BAKE AT 400* FOR 45 MIN OR UNTIL MEDIUM BROWNED AND SET FIRM. SERVING SIZE 1 CUP. SERVES APPROXIMETLY 25 PEOPLE. MAYBE LESS, I'VE NEVER MESSURED OUT THE CUPS. ROUGH GUESS
