Ingredients

*1 1/2 cups (5.25oz) whole wheat elbow pasta, cooked and drained
1 pound (24 oz) frozen shrimp-cooked/cleaned
*1/2 cup (50 grams) low fat/reduced calorie sour cream
*50 g light mayo
*4 oz (or low fat cheddar/colby) cubed american cheese
1/4 cup green peppers chopped
2 tbspn chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tbspn vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
Directions
As the pasta is cooking, prepared ingredients, washing chopping dicing
1. remove tails, cut up shrimp (unless using baby shrimp-no need to cut)
In a large NON Metal bowl
2.Toss the shrimp with the macaroni, cheese, celery, pepper and onion.
3. In a separte bowl Blend the remaining ingredients and then toss with the shrimp mixture.
4. Chill before serving.
