    blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy, add a little water to thin and salt and pepper to taste

    I added tomato, parsley, and No-Salt Lemon Pepper to your basic recipe. I served it for lunch in a lettuce lined pita. Delicious and my DH liked it, too! - 2/12/10
