Ingredients

    Two 4 oz sticks butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 1/4 cups soy flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 9 oz package Sunspire Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Set Aside.
Cream together, butter, sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time and vanilla.
Blend in flour mixture slowly. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-12 minutes.
