Ingredients

    3 Tbsp sugar
    3 Tbsp light Mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp fat-free milk
    1 Tbsp poppy seeds
    1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
10 oz romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    2 Tbsp slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

Make the dressing: whisk sugar, mayo, milk, poppy seeds, and vinegar. Set aside.

Place lettuce in a bowl and toss lightly with berries and almonds. Place on individual serving plates and drizzle with about 1 Tbsp dressing each.

To toast your own almonds: cook over med heat in dry saute pan until beginning to turn golden (about 5-10 minutes) shaking or stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

Thanks for the input. Mine stated zero calories. However, since there's only 1 Tbsp in the recipe and it serves six, that would be less than 1 calorie per person, anyway.
