Ingredients

    .75 c. cut, fresh or frozen strawberries
    .75 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
    3 tsp. Splenda
    .25 c. oatmeal
    2 tsp.Country Crock
    2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Place strawberries & raspberries in an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle 1 tsp. Splenda over berries. Mix remaining Splenda and all other ingredients together in another bowl. Top the berries ith the oatmeal mixture. Bake in a 350F oven for 35 mins. (Time may vary depending on oven.)
Other berries, peaches or rhubarb can be substituted for the berries.
Makes 2 servings.

    Such a snap to make! I made it with strawberries, peaches and raspberries, all frozen, and wow! Put a dollop of fat-free, sugar-free vanilla ice cream on top and it was just the best ending to our dinner. Hubby and I loved it! Thanks so much for sharing! :) - 7/15/07
