Such a snap to make! I made it with strawberries, peaches and raspberries, all frozen, and wow! Put a dollop of fat-free, sugar-free vanilla ice cream on top and it was just the best ending to our dinner. Hubby and I loved it! Thanks so much for sharing! :)
I did make this and it was very quick..I lessened the calories a bit by substituting applesauce for the butter and it turned out great..nutrient dense desert, nice looking, delicious and easy to prepare..will be preparing this again!
