Introduction

One of my favorite dishes from my grandma's kitchen in Greece ,with the american touch. This is great for a low cal diet.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 oz - Pork Chop (I don't include bone)
    1 tsp - Olive Oil
    1 tsp - Heinz 57 Sauce
    1 tsp - Garlic minced
    1 tbsp - Onion sliced
    1/4 tsp - Fresh Spearmint (optional)
    1/4 tsp - Oregano, ground
    Dash - Black Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF
2. Trim fat off of pork chop (I trim bone as well)
3. Spray baking pan with non stick spray
4. Place meat in pan
5. Cover meat with olive oil and Heinz 57 sauce
6. Sprinkle on garlic and onions
7. Chop mint then sprinkle over meat
8. Sprinkle Oregano over meat
9. Sprinkle Pepper over meat
10. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until onion starts to blacken.
11. Enjoy!
