Introduction
This is a low-fat chili that is WLS friendly but still very tasty! This is a low-fat chili that is WLS friendly but still very tasty!Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

2 20.8 oz packages of Shady Brooke Farms Ground White Turkey
2 small onions- minced
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 celery stalks minced
2 tbsp chili seasoning
2 tsp cumin
2 shakes red pepper (optional)
1 28 oz can of Rotel Crushed tomatoes w/ Green Chilies (original)
1 28 oz can of Tuttorusso Crushed tomatoes w/ basil
1 12 oz can of Tomato paste
2 15.5 oz cans of Great Northern Beans
1 15.5 oz can of Red Kidney Beans
3 Serrano Peppers (seeded optional)
2 additional tbsp of chili powder
2 additional tsp of cumin
2 additional shakes of red pepper
2 shakes paprika to taste
Directions
Brown ground chicken, garlic, onion, celery along with the first 2 tbsp of chili seasoning & 2 tsp cumin
Once browned , add to crockpot, along with the cans of tomatoes, tomato paste, beans and the remaining seasonings.
Cook for 10 hours on low or 5 hours on high (or whatever is best for your own slow cooker.)
Makes 16 One cup servings
