Simple Carmelized Asparagus

1 bunch of asparagus
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
sprinkle of kosher salt
2 T. butter
1 T. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. lite soy sauce
Wash asparagus and cut off the ends. Arrange on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprink lightly with kosher salt. Bake for 10-15 mins at 400. (Ideally the asparagus will be starting to brown.)
While asparagus is cookiing, melt 2 tablespoons butter in small sauce pan. Allow the butter to brown before removing from heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon good balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon lite soy sauce.
Remove asparagus from oven, place in shallow dish and pour sauce over asparagus.
