Introduction

This is one of my favorite foods ever! Its not a diet food, but I had to know how much calories it had in it before I could eat it. It is so yummy and lasts a long time in the fridge. Ingredients

    Cook 2 lbs of bowtie pasta and drain over 1lb of frozen spinach.

    To make dressing, mix the following ingredients together in the blender. Blend until smooth.
    1.5 T Sea Salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 T onion powder
    3 T oregano
    3 T basil
    5 cloves of garlic
    .25 cup of red wine vinegar
    1 cup olive oil
    .5 cup roasted red peppers

    Combine dressing, pasta and spinach in a large bowl and refrigerate until cold.

    Dice 2 blocks of feta and two medium tomatoes and add to pasta.

    Refrigerate or serve
