Ingredients

    1 pkg vegetarian meatballs (Trader Joes)
    2 cups water
    1 14 oz can vegetable broth
    1 14 oz can chickpeas, drained
    1 14 oz can white beans, drained
    1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes, not drained
    1 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
    1 9 oz bag frozen green beans
    1 1/2 tspn italian seasoning
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cloves garlic

Directions

Heat oil in large soup pot, add garlic and brown.
Add all other ingredients except for Meatballs. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add meatballs cook for 10 minutes or until warmed through. Serve.
