Ingredients

    1lb. veal stew
    1 cup timatoe juice
    1 cup chicken broth ( low sodium
    1 cup water
    1 can 8 0z. slice mushrooms
    1 t paprika
    1 t celery salt
    1 t chopped basil
    2 cups rice or 2 cups pasta

Directions

In a pan, on medium heat, coat veal pieces with paprika and brown on all sides. Add tomatoe juice,chicken broth, water and stir. Add remaining herbs and stir. Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer. Cover and let simmer for 55 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve over rice or small shell pasta.
