Introduction

Ingredients

Crust:
1 ready to bake piecrust (or your favorite recipe)
Filling:
1/2 c soft spread fat-free or low-fat cream cheese
1 T sugar
1/4 t vanilla extract
1 T 1% milk
Toppings
a selection of berries and sliced fruits of choice
Directions
1. Let pie crust come to room temperature per package instructions, then unfold it onto a large cook sheet or pizza pan.
2. Roll up edges of crust, crimping them slightly so they'll stayred rolled up. Prick the crust lightly with a fork about 20 times.
3. Bake crust in preheated 450 degree oven for 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.
4. As crust bakes, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together, adding just enough milk to make it spreadable. When crust has cooled, spread on cream-cheese mixture with rubber spatula, bringing it to the edge of the pizza.
5. Arrange fruit on pizza. Slice with sharp knife and serve or refrigerate.
