Ingredients

    1 cup Silk Chocolate soy milk
    1 medium sized ripe banana
    1 tsp of smooth peanut butter (you can use reduced fat if you wish)

Directions

Pour chocolate soy milk in blender to 8oz mark.
Add banana and peanut butter then blend for 30 seconds. pour in to a glass and enjoy:o)
