    Wonder Lite Wheat or white Bread 6 slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    Egg substitute .25 cup (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, FF 1 Tbsp
    Garlic, .25 cup
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp


Dry bread or lightly toast. Saute onions, celery,mushrooms and garlic until tender. Add broth and cook for 8 minutes. Cool and pour over bread cut in cubes. Add ICBINB and Egg Beaters and mix gently. Put in a casserole dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil, fluff and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
