Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetend applesauce
    1 cup splenda
    4 egg whites
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1tsp b. powder
    1 tsp b. soda
    vanilla
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup ground golden flax
    1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
    1 cup crasins/ raisins

Directions

Mix all together.
Bake at 350 for 9 min or until golden brown
