Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts Cut Into Strips
    1/2 lb. Kielbasa Sausage
    1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
    1 C. Mushrooms
    2 C. Half and Half Cream
    1/4 Tsp. Pepper
    1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    16 Oz. Whole Wheat Linguine
    1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
    1 Red Pepper, Chopped

Directions

Place chicken, sausage and Cajun seasoning into plastic bag and shake to coat. Saute coated chicken and sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add mushrooms, red pepper (green peppers and onions optional) and cook for 3 minutes. Reduce heat; add cream, pepper and garlic powder. Heat through. Add cooked linguine and toss. Top with Parmesan cheese.
