2-3 pieces of romaine lettuce
1/2 Hass Avocado
5-6 slices of peeled cucumber
1/2 lime
Directions
Cook beef sirloin in a frying pan adding only seasoning to taste.
Wash lettuce. Cut cucumber slices into smaller cubed pieces. Add beef, avocado, cucumber to the lettuce. Squeeze lime over "light tacos" to taste.
