Ingredients

    1 c fresh spinach
    1/2 tomato sliced
    1/4 can tuna in water
    1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
    splash vinegar
    salt
    peper
    salad herbs
    cayyenne peper (this help you in losing weight!) (this peper you can also find in Fatburners/ STACKERS)
    3 crackers whole wheat

    Note: the Nutritional info is for 1 cracker plus salad!

Directions

wash the spinach and tomato, chop the spinach and slice the tomato, put in bowl. add 1/4 can tuna, and add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, peper, herbs and cayenne peper (or chilli powder). Mix together and serve on top of cracker!
