    1 cup oats (toasted)
    2/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp. flaxseed meal
    1/3-1/2 cup raisins
    1/3 cup pure maple syrup
    1/2 cup milk or water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast oats in oven until lightly browned. While oats are toasting, mix all ingredients together in order. Once the oats are done toasting, mix in oats. Spoon onto cookie sheet by tablespoons and flatten with the back of a fork. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges turn brown. Check often.

    Good cookies, definitely have a "healthy" taste to them but it's sweet enough to calm cravings for the unhealthy stuff. - 10/4/09
