Ingredients

1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef, 4% fat
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups (26 oz. jar) pasta sauce, any variety
1 & 1/2 cups water
1 & 3/4 cups (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 eggs
9 lasagna noodles
Directions
1. Heat oven to 340 degrees F.
2. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, brown meat and onions; drain. Add pasta sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes.
3. In medium bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and eggs.
4. Pour about 1 cup pasta and meat sauce on bottom 13x9 inch baking dish. Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles over sauce; cover with 1 cup sauce. Spread 1/2 cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce and cheese filling. Sprinkle last layer with remaining mozzarella cheese.
5. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove foil; bake additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 10 equal servings.
