Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups cabbage
    2 potatoes
    2 links- bratwurst
    1 tsp salt
    1tsp pepper
    2 tbsp butter
    2tbsp olive oil

Directions

Add olive oil and butter in skillet- medium heat. Chop cabbage and add 2 cups to skillet. Add salt, pepper and stir. Add 2 peeled or unpeeled potatoes to skillet, chopped. Chop 2 bratwurst and add to skillet, stir all ingredients together. Watch and stir 20 minutes until cabbage is soft and potatoes are cooked.
