Introduction

Delicious muffins that has a combination of carrots, apple, chocolate chips and even yogurt! Delicious muffins that has a combination of carrots, apple, chocolate chips and even yogurt!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 cups carrots, grated
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup coconut, sweetened
    1 apple, grated
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup oil (or butter)
    1/2 cup yogurt
    2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients and then add the next 5 ingredients. Beat eggs and combine with oil, yogurt, and vanilla. Add to previous mixture. Spoon into muffins tins and bake at 180C(350F) for 20 mins.
