    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 1/4 cup, chopped or diced
    Carrots, cooked, 1/4 cup slices
    Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
    Beans, black, 1/4 cup
    Salsa, 1/4 cup

Directions

Thow it all in a pot and wait till the rice gets soft. Add the beans just before you turn it off if they're already pre-cooked / canned.
