This recipe tastes amazing. You can't even notice that it is low fat. My kids really love it when I fix Tater Tot Casserole for dinner and they don't even know that it is pretty healthy for them! Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef (browned)
    1 cup finely diced onion
    1 can FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can FF Cream of Chicken Soup
    4 oz. skim mozzarella cheese shredded
    3/4 cup cheddar cheese
    25-30 Frozen Tater Tots

Directions

This recipe makes 9 servings approx. 1 1/2 cups each.
Brown the ground beef and onion together until fully cooked. Mix soups and cheeses together and then mix in the beef/onions. Spray 8x8 baking pan with Pam and put Tater tots down in it to make one layer. (You may need more or less tater tots to make one layer) Pour the meat and soup mixture on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees

    I made this recipe in a 9x13 pan and added 3/4 cup of cheese on the top and it turned out wonderful!! Easy to make and not expensive. :) - 4/5/16

    Loved but put in slightly bigger dish and used potato Smiles (little less fat), 2 FF cream of mushrooms instead of cream of chicken, and added a container of mushrooms toward end of browning hamburger and onion. - 9/2/11
