Ingredients

    garlic - 2 cloves, chopped
    spinach - frozen, 1 cup
artichokes - (canned or fresh), 3 artichokes
*note if you use fresh artichokes you need to boil them for 1 hour before cutting them
Pasta - any kind, I like Rotini, 1.5 cup
Cod Filets - frozen, roughly 2 oz each
McCormick's Fat Free Lemon Butter Dill sauce, 3/4 cup (12 Tbsp)
    Onion - 1 cup, chopped

Directions

first, clean your ingredients.

if you're using fresh artichokes, get your water boiling, you'll need to boil them for 1 hour.

Chop 1 cup onion, 2 cloves of garlic & 3 artichokes (when they're done boiling)

Begin to cook your pasta.

Heat your oven to 425 F

Lightly grease a small baking dish and add your fish. Drizzle 3/4 C of the Lemon Dill Sauce over the fish. Cook for 7-9 minutes (if your fish is thawed) or until it flakes with a fork

If you time it correctly, your pasta will finish the same time as your fish.

When your pasta is finished, drain it and add the spinach, garlic, artichoke and onions. Mix well.

Serve on your plate and place the fish on top. Viola!
