Ingredients

    1 onion
    1 stalk celery
    courgette
    1/2 red, green and yellow pepper
    4 large cup mushrooms
    200g king prawns
    2 tsp cream cheese
    1wedge sqezed lemon juice
    chilli flakes

Directions

Heat oil add chopped onion and celery
Allow to soften
Add chopped peppers and courgette
cook for 5 mins
add chopped mushrooms

beat cream cheese to soften/liquify and add
squeeze lemon wedge
add prawns

cook till vegetable and prawns fully cooked

serve with noodles
