Ingredients

1/2 Cup Fiber One Bran Cereal
12 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
4Tbsp Honey
8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 egg whites
1Cup Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt
1Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Dry Cocoa Powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Lightly spray bottom of pie plate. Crush cereal and Nilla Wafersinto coarse powder and evenly sprinkle on bottom of pie plate. Set aside.
3. Cream honey and cream cheese together with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add egg whites, yogurt, extract and beat until smooth. Slowly add cocoa powder. Pour into pie plates
4. Bake in oven 35 minutes or until center set. Cool, then referigrate at least a couple hours prior to serving. May dust with more cocoa powder, garnish with fresh mint leaves and whipped topping when serving.
