Ingredients

    1 lb. cooked elbows
    4 cups non-fat milk
    4 tbsp. flour
    2 tbsp. margarine
    8 0z. sharp cheddar cheese
    8 oz. velveeta cheese
    3 servings cheeze-its

Directions

cook elbows
in separate pot, heat milk. Add flour and margarine.
Add cheezes. stir til thickens.
drain elbows. add cheeze sauce to elbows.
top with crushed cheeze-its.
bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
makes 18 servings

    Would be nice to know what size baking dish was used. Am guessing a 9" X 12" X 2" dish.
    Will give this one a try, but don't have any Velveeta cheese on hand right now. Will rate at a later time.
