Ingredients
-
1 tsp Butter
1/4 c Uncooked Oatmeal
1 Yoplait Yogurt (I used Original French Vanilla)
1 c Mixed Frozen Berries
Directions
Put a small skillet on medium-low and add the tsp of butter.
Add berries and yogurt to the blender.
The butter should have melted; add the oatmeal to the skillet and mix about every thirty seconds until golden.
Blend yogurt and berries. Put in a bowl or large cup. Top with toasted oatmeal.
Tips: I like my berries best thoroughly blended - it may be easiest to do 1/2 c at a time so it all gets crushed. Be careful with the oatmeal; it can cook fast, and my first attempt was a trifle burnt. Still tasty :D And quite filling. I actually didn't miss added sweetener - it was a tiny bit tart, like a green apple.
