I recently found out that I have allergies or insensitivities to gluten and casein (dairy) and am having to drastically change my diet. Here is a smoothie recipe I found a modified a bit.     Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, unthawed
    Almond, raw, 1 medium nut (1.2g), 8 serving
