Ingredients

    8 pork chops
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    dry mustard, garlic powder, and pepper to taste
    *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    *Chicken Rice Soup, family size can
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1.25 cup

Directions

In a bowl, combine flour and spices. Dredge the chops in flour. Brown in oil in a skillet. Place in crock pot. Brown any remaining flour mixture and add to crock pot. Add soup (I usually put a little water in the can and add that too) and rice. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4. I serve with green beans and yeast rolls!
