Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lb pork loin roast
    1 tsp mortons lite salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    3 Tbsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    3 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

rub all ingredients over the roast.
Roast uncovered in a 325 oven until internal temp is 160 F about 30 min per pound.

    I tried it and will do it again - today in fact - it is wonderful! I love the combination of salt & rosemary as a crust with the tinge of garlic. - 5/7/12
