I made 12 of these for easy lunches. These freeze rather well...until the kids find them!I pair this with an au jus and fresh veggies/fruit.

Ingredients

1 batch of tomato basil dough (my recipe)
12 garden veggie patties
12 slices of cheese
( I like using soy pepperjack cheese)
Directions
Cut the dough into 12 pieces.
Roll out one piece to dough. Layer 1 veggie burger and slice of cheese.
Roll out another piece of dough. Cover and seal edges really well.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
Let cool and then ENJOY!
