Ingredients

    2 stalks of celery
    1 1/2 cups of carrots
    6 scrabbled eggs
    1 cup rice (when cooked make close to 2 cups)
    canned mushrooms
    chicken brest

Directions

you will want to cut up all your veggies (carrots, celery, and any others you put in) I like to boil my chick and I boil it for 20-25 minutes on medium high.
I then scrabble my eggs and when they are ready and everything is cut I put everything in a frying pan and put a little bit of teriyaki sauce so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. and I also throw in the mushrooms too with the eggs. I cut up the chicken when it is down and stir it in and i sometimes add a little more teriyaki sauce.
