Introduction

A good and easy to make smoothie using only 3 ingredients! A good and easy to make smoothie using only 3 ingredients!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1/2 cup unsweetened frozen berries
    1 tsp well ground flax (optional)
    water

Directions

Place banana, berries and flax (if using) into blender. Add a splash of water and blend. Add water as needed. Blend until smooth.

Makes a 1.5 cup serving.
