Ingredients

    - 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    - 2 medium eggs
    - 1 cup low fat milk
    - 1 cup splenda for baking
    - 1 tbsp almond extract

    If you can't find almond extract you can use :
    1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened original

Directions

- Preheat oven at 325 F.
- Put all ingredients in the blender. Push blend and leave it there for 30 seconds.
- Remove all the flour that's stuck in the blender with a spatula (the flexible ones).
- Push blend again for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture evenly in the cupcake mold. The cupcake mold must be the ones that are about 2" wide.
- Put in the oven for 30 minutes.

Let them cool off, and they're ready to eat!
