Introduction

This can be made with any veggis and if you eat meat and cheese it can be added for a filling summer meal This can be made with any veggis and if you eat meat and cheese it can be added for a filling summer meal

Ingredients

    Pasta - Any type 32 oz (4 servings)
    .5 cup shredded carrots
    1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    1 cup chopped olives
    .5 cup Kraft free Italian dressing
    .25 cup apple cider vinegar
    Italian seasoning salt pepper to taste


Directions

Cut and mix veggies with dressing vinegar and spices while the pasta is cooking. After the pasta cooks drain and rinse with cool water. Add cool pasta to veggies and dressing toss. Can be refrigerated for later or eaten immediately.
