Ingredients

    1 tbsp of butter
    block tofu
    half onion
    cup of mushrooms
    can of condensed mushroom soup (8 oz)
    container of sour cream, reduced fat (8 oz)
    3 cups of egg noodles

Directions

Put butter into pan
brown onions and tofu
put in mushrooms, stir around
stir in can of soup and sour cream
cook until hot
serve over egg noodles

    I really liked this, but I used twice the mushrooms and half the sour cream. I put it over brown rice. - 7/16/08

    love it. used beef-less strips from trader joes, and fat free sour cream. Also didn't have cream of mushroom, just used low sodium vegetable broth and thickened it with a little bit of whole wheat pastry flour. - 9/13/09
