Juicy jumbo shrimp sauteed with sweet bell peppers, garlic and onion. Yummy! Juicy jumbo shrimp sauteed with sweet bell peppers, garlic and onion. Yummy!

    2 lbs. large shrimp (41-50 ct), peeled and deveined
    1 med green bell pepper, choppped or strips
    1 med red bell pepper, chopped or strips
    1 large onion, diced
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2T butter
    salt & pepper
    Dee's house seasoning (recipe follows)


In large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add peppers and onion. Season with a little salt & pepper. Saute on medium heat until onions are translucent; about 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, add a small amount of house seasoning to shrimp and toss to coat. Add garlic and shrimp to pan and cook another 3-4 minutes; until shrimp starts to turn pink, stirring frequently.

1/2 C salt
1/4 C pepper
1/4 C onion powder
1/4 C garlic powder
