Ingredients

    1 c. of cooked Rice
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. diced yellow onions
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. kosher salt
    3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (or however much you desire)
    1 tbsp. Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

Have the rice cooking while you prepare the rest.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Add onions and garlic. Let that simmer for about 5 minutes. Then toss in the salt, Worcestershire Sauce, and soy sauce. Let the flavors blend in for another 5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice.
