Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1.5 cups water
3 cups thick spaghetti sauce (I use Prego)
    2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Sargento Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
    2 Eggs
    9 Lasagna Noodles (uncooked)
1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper

Directions

In a suace pan brown the beef. Drain the fat and add the garlic, water, and spaghetti sauce. Bring mixture to a boil and then simmer for ten minutes

In a separate bowel combine the riccota, shredded cheese, eggs and the salt and pepper

To assemble the Lasagna: cover the bottom of 9x13 with 1 cup of the meat sauce. Place 3 uncooked noodles on top of the sauce and cover with 1.5 cups more suace, then spread half the cheese mixture onto 3 more noodles, placing them cheese side down in the pan. Repeat once and top the dish with the remaining meat sauce. Cover with foil and place into a 350 degree over for 1 hr.

Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

    Incredible!
this is very close to my own recipe, except i use the whole box of noodles (and the whole wheat kind or 2), and I make my own sauce. i pretty much double it always making 2 large pans. it freezes great! - 11/4/12
