Ingredients

Cucumber (with peel), 4 cucumber (8-1/4") (or 2 english cucumbers)
    Salt
Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup (remove)
Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp (remove)
    White Wine Vinegar
    Granulated Sugar, .5 tsp (remove)
Dill weed, fresh, 2 sprigs (remove)

Directions

Slice and salt cucumber, let sit 30 mins in a colander, then rince and dry. (If you only need a bit, do only as many as you want, you can keep the dressing in the frig for a few days to make more later)

In the meantime mix the yogurt, sour cream, mayo, vinegar, sugar and chopped dill in a container. Let sit in frig.

After cucumbers are rinsed and patted dry, Add as much of the dressing as you desire. I usually use only enough to lightly coat the cucumbers and keep the rest for up to a couple of days in the frig to make more.
