Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 banana's (over ripe)
    1 cup nuts (I use half walnuts/half pecans)
    1 tbs 2% milk
    1 stick butter
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking power
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 c ground flax
    1/2 c millet

Directions

cream butter and sugar. add eggs, bananas, and milk. Mix well. Add dry ingrediants. Makes 1 loaf. Bake in a bread pan at 350 for 65-75 minutes. (times may vary based on your oven)
