Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 3/4 tsp ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 (16oz) can fat free refried beans
    2 (4oz) cans green chilis
    1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese
    1 cup whoile kernel corn
    1/3 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/3 cup fat free milk
    1/4 tsp hot sauce
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
    red onion slices (optional)
    chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
cook turkey and onions in skillet until browned and crumbly. Remove from heat, add cumen and next 5 ingredients. Stir until combined. set aside.

Arrange 1./2 chilies in 11x7 baking dish. Top with 1/2 cheese. Spoon mounds of turkey mixture onto cheese and spread gently. Leave 1/4 inch border around edges. Top with corn and arrange remaining chilies over corn top with 1/2 cup cheese.

Combine flour and salt in a bowl. gradually add milk, hot sauce eggs and egg whites. stirring with whisk until blended. pour over casserole bake at 350 1 hour and 5 min or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with onion slices and cilantro if desired. Serves 6
